When listing a home, clients receive a current market analysis report and neighborhood statistics to determine the best sales price and the “Go to Market” Strategy. I partner with a professional photographer for photos, virtual tours, video tours, aerial views, drone photos, and floor plans (at my cost) as well as a staging company who can offer recommendations on getting the home ready to list. I utilize the latest technology for mass social media marketing and create a customized website for each listing. My goal is to showcase your home in the best way possible to the largest consumer base and to sell at the best terms and price. Other services include helping with downsizing and estate sales, providing a list of licensed professionals, i.e. movers, plumbers, contractors, etc.. I also assist with out of state moves and have nationwide referral partners to help you wherever your destination is.
Home buyers will be provided with all the tools needed to make informed decisions. I work closely with a number of lender partners to identify the most suitable loan product for my clients. Additionally, I assist homebuyers with contracts, negotiations, inspections and the closing process and by reviewing and explaining the lengthy legal documents required for each transaction.
